Ascension Health Information Services, located at St. John Health System in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support various clinical applications. This candidate will be part of a team supporting production applications and participate in the implementation of new applications and enhancements.
### QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
5
years experience supporting Clinical IT applications is required
BS/BA is preferred or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with customers to define business needs then translating them to system requirements
Clinical background is preferred
Experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager application is preferred
Ability to fulfill On Call Rotation requirements of the position
Position requires occasional local travel
Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Detroit, MI

### RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Provide application support, including issue identification, triage and solution implementation
Work with customers to document department workflow processes
Work with customers to identify business requirements
Understand and perform system configuration management
Work with other IT application and hardware team members to coordinate customer issue resolution and communications
Develop training and support documentation for customers and internal IT use
Lead components of clinical projects under the direction of more Senior associates or the Project Manager
Follow Ascension Health Information Systems PMO guidelines established IT General Controls for all support and project work
Other duties as assigned
On-call rotationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
