This Michigan-based transportation company is currently in search of qualified Owner Operator partners to add to its existing fleet. This is an aggressively growing company, in business for over 45 years, this premier company has an extensive network of agents and customers. They offer an abundance of available freight and rapid pay schedules. This company treats their Owner Operator partners like the professionals that they are.
Overview
Operators transport heavy haul machines and equipment. Deliveries to dedicated auto manufacturing customers and plants. Runs can be anywhere in the U.S., but mostly east of the Mississippi River. Runs to Canada available, but not required. Average 2,800-2,900 miles per week. Operators typically out 3-7 days per run. Loads are usually 1 pick/1 drop per run. Operators secure loads with chain, strap and/or tarp. Company provides trailers.

$260,000 per year average
$2.20 per mile average

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
