We are seeking a hands-on, proactive, and passionate HR professional who is capable of building sound business relationships, driving the HR strategy in support of the overall business strategy, contributing to the profitability of the business and leading the professional development of the HR staff.
Responsible for driving the people strategy, organizational design, talent management, talent acquisition, workforce planning and the process of change and transformation in alignment with Company Strategic Plans;
Acts as primary HR interface and strategic business partner for senior leaders;
Institutes and drives sustainable programs and performance that will inspire a diverse workforce and enable a high performance culture;
Leads change initiatives and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives;
In partnership with senior leaders, designs, institutes, and manages incentive programs to align individual and team performance and contributions with business objectives;
Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities;
Acts as a true business partner to senior leaders by frequently contributing to the development of new ideas, methods, and best HR business practices.
Builds, and maintains trustworthy relationships with all the management team. Uses extensive business function knowledge to drive a wide spectrum of business-relevant HR initiatives;
Collaborates and support senior leaders and executives across the Company (Manufacturing, Retail, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, etc.) in both the day-to-day HR operational/transactional needs, and the strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of workforce plans;
Proactively engages in strategic business planning in order to anticipate needs to ensure successful and timely implementation of HR processes and program;
Manages and makes sound decisions based on analysis, knowledge, and experience while listening to the needs of the business;
Leads the talent acquisition strategy to proactively search for active and passive talents, and develop recruiting outlet sourcing strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across all of our business groups and levels within our organization.
Oversees the planning, developing and aligning of resources to support and implement Company talent management initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, talent assessment instruments, and training and development offerings;
Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of HR initiatives that are relevant to the business across the Company;
Drives continuous improvement through the use of key performance indicators and/or metrics;
Contributes to the development of the change management strategy within the Company to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives;
Works on complex HR projects and tasks where analysis of situations or data require an in depth evaluation of multiple factors both objective and subjective. Acts as an expert providing counseling, direction and guidance to process improvement and established policies;
Must have a strong understanding of the workforce, the business and its financials;
Strives for a high performance HR Team. Provides coaching and training/development opportunities.
Required Skills
BS degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required. Masters in Business and/or HR preferred;
Seven (7) - Ten (10) or more years of progressive management HR experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
Experience partnering with remote teams and managing multiple locations required;
Demonstrated abilities working in a matrix environment required;
Hands-on experience identifying key performance indicators and/or metrics required;
In-depth understanding and experience of employee relations, labor unions, diversity promotion and awareness, staffing, compensation both domestically and internationally, benefits, and training/development required;
Leading edge knowledge of HR/Organizational Design disciplines;
Change Management practices with experience in leading change;
Talent assessment ability to manage performance and talent management programs;
Professional Certification at Senior level (SPHR), CEBS a plus
Travel of 20 to 30%.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
