The Specialist's primary responsibility is to manage a front office, reception desk. This includes answering phone lines and greeting visitors. The position will also coordinate interview scheduling, support office and space planning, assist local managers as needed, and participate in special projects. We are seeking a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Must be able to provide excellent service in a timely manner and project a professional image for the company with employees, visitors, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
o Greet visitors and employees in professional and courteous manner and connect the visitor/applicant/vendor/customer with the appropriate person quickly and accurately.
o Schedule phone and in-person interviews via Outlook, across multiple locations.
o Organize and participate in social events.
o Assist management with special projects
o Other duties as assigned

years ofexperience administrative support in a professional office environment.
o 2
years of experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
o 1 year experience with databases.
o Ability to handle high activity and requests occurring simultaneously.
o High-energy level and attention to detail are essential.
o Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
o Be able to function as a team player, multi-task, be able to make decisions quickly.
o Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
o Must have a demonstrated track record of being able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
2+yearsofexperience administrative support in a professional office environment.
2+yearsofexperience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
1 year experience with databases.
Ability to handle high activity and requests occurring simultaneously.
