This position will offer consultation and support to case teams and will serve as the primary eDiscovery consultant and project manager between attorneys, paralegals, other firm support groups and eDiscovery vendors. This individual must have a strong working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and feel confident giving advice, recommendations and offering alternatives to the Case Team Attorneys. The Litigation Support Project Coordinator will manage and administer the litigation life cycle from conception to completion, by providing support in planning, organizing, researching and analyzing cases in a more cost effective and timely manner. This position will also manage and analyze the litigation case intake process, develop practical solutions to client technology needs, manage vendors to assure that high quality work product deliverables and services are provided, and act as a liaison between IT and the Practice Group to resolve issues related to eDiscovery.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in litigation support or eDiscovery. This position also requires knowledge and expertise in the litigation process and the use of technology to support litigation and e-discovery efforts, including Summation, LiveNote, Relativity, CaseSoft products, image management software, and trial presentation software, preferably Trial Director.
Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal service skills, the ability to manage projects, have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating and presentation skills, demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff. Candidates should have the ability to work independently and have the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment working under strict deadlines.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
