JAWOOD is seeking a Senior Health Care Analyst.
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, implementation, and leading department assignments. Position operates within broad objectives. Research, compile and analyze appropriate and relevant data and make recommendations. Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
Responsibilities to include:
Trend analysis, report development and ad-hoc analysis and support
Maintain and continually enhance routine monthly reporting
Develop of presentations to communicate analysis results
Monitor and evaluate ongoing initiative effectiveness and impact
Recommend solutions to identified problems/root cause of issues
Other responsibilities as assigned
Department Requirements
Healthcare data analytic experience, including a solid understanding of healthcare data, concepts and terms
Ability to research, analyze and evaluate large data sets in order to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues
Experience developing reports and presentations for all levels within the organization including Executive leadership
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Microsoft Access and/or writing SQL
Ability to monitor multiple projections simultaneously by establishing projection plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters
Experience executing in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Demonstrate a proactive approach to data analysis and problem solving
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or other related field is required.
Six (6) or more years experience in related field.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
