years of experience in leading team of QA Testers.
- Minimum 5
years of web, client server application testing experience.

years of Rational Quality Manager
- Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to convert requirements documents (Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Technical Requirements) into test strategies/plans, test scenarios and test cases, including appropriate SQL scripts to execute testing cases.
- Experience and ability to participate in test planning, coordination and resource estimation for the project.
- Prepare and manage test schedule, resources with project development schedule
- Should be able to coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Propose testing best practices across clients/industry to strengthen testing methodology
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL and procedural SQL
- Will be responsible for explaining and validating test results to peers as well as clients.
- Must be able to question the work of others to ensure accuracy and be able to defend theories and methodologies used to create individual results.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives
- Solid time management skills with emphasis on multi-tasking.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior Health Care industry experience is a plus.
- Understanding of concepts of Performance testing and Load Testing
- Prior experience with Agile Projects is a plus.
- Prior working experience of Rational Tools is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
