The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols touching on web analytics, paid and organic search, display advertising, and email marketing. The candidate should have the ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work proactively and independently, as well as part of a larger team.
Requisite Knowledge Areas:
Domain experience in web analytics, search and display advertising
Understanding of data retrieval strategies (crawler activity, landing page validation, etc.).
Ability to analyze consumer and robotic traffic patterns
Ability to analyze website and network architecture as related to web analytics
Proven track record of researching and analyzing complex technical issues, and then summarizing them via tables, graphs, and written analysis
Ability to relate complex technical issues to non-technical team members and customers
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background in online advertising or the automotive industry experience a plus
Technical
Experience:
5 yrs total experience
Advanced SQL skills is a primary requirement
Experience with other data extraction and manipulation tools:Toad, PgAdmin, R, SAS, other data mining tools
Experience with Greenplum Data Warehouses, SQL Server, Oracle BI Answers a plus
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau a plus
Experience analyzing log data in a Linux/Unix environment using command line utilities
Experience with Omniture a plus
Experience with regular expressions and unix scripting languages like python, perl, bash, sed, awk a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
