We are currently building out a full-service digital agency within the larger Cobalt organization and seeking expert Advertising Strategists who are excited about building something from the ground up, while having the backing of a global organization. As an Advertising Strategist you will partner with local automotive marketing associations to develop and implement multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, and will be responsible for overseeing successful advertising execution.
The Advertising Strategist utilizes advanced relationship building skills and advertising expertise to drive client strategies and to achieve desired performance. The Advertising Strategist utilizes expert knowledge of pay-per-click search engine optimization as well as keyword analysis, geographic targeting, campaign optimization, and custom ad and display updates to successfully drive results for self and the team.
This position is expected to train and coach Advertising Analysts and to improve on technical tools, processes, and techniques. The Strategist is the face of the advertising team to the client and to other internal departments.
Key
Responsibilities:
Become an advisor to the client and drive regular and productive contact with clients to review advertising campaign strategy and performance
Provide campaign proposals and review performance results via phone and in-person
Monitor and analyze campaigns and make changes to improve performance metrics and/or direct others to do so
Collaborate with Cobalt sales organization to uncover opportunities and to manage client relationships
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies and work cross-departmentally to impact desired change
Apply advanced knowledge of general Digital Marketing and specific Search Engine Marketing best practices
Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to clients
