Donor Recruitment Representative- Account Manager-
Novi Territory
Help save lives with your sales and event planning experience at the American Red Cross. Join our Donor Recruitment Team to ensure there is an adequate blood supply for accident victims, premature babies and other hospital patients in the Columbus, OH area.
Responsibilities include:
o Maintaining strong relationships with existing organizations that host blood drives.
o Finding new businesses, schools, houses of worship, etc., to coordinate blood drives and recruit blood donors
o Creating territory-specific donor recruitment strategies
o Partnering with local media, community event organizers
o Educating groups in order to increase blood collections
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or equivalent combination of related education and experience required. Business to Business sales experience is desired. Minimum two years of related experience required. Excellent oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills is required. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
