Consultants needed for Lease UP of new construction communities in SE Michigan. Looking for a leasing challenge and opportunity for great commissions? We are consultants in the apartment industry specializing in the leasing and marketing of brand new luxury apartment communities. Experience in leasing is a must and experience in management is a plus. It is the perfect position for experienced property management professionals who have been in the industry for some time and love to lease but don't want the added responsibility of managing. Excellent selling and connection skills are needed along with a positive attitude. The schedule is flexible and requires rotating weekend hours. An active Michigan Real Estate License is needed or you may be in the process of obtaining one. Opportunities in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties available.
