The perfect person will have demonstrated the ability to exceed goals quarter over quarter, enjoys entertaining and nurturing relationships with digital media agencies and marketers and has a penchant for selling strategically. Audience targeting has renewal rates north of 90% and the technology and product road map to support a national sales team.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of digital ad sales experience (selling to agencies and direct clients)
Demonstrated success in consistently beating sales goals and quotas
A strong rolodex, a love for cold calling and attending industry events and the ability to build mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships built on trust and providing value.
An ability to understand marketers pain-points and craft solutions that meet their marketing goals
A great presence and ability to put together and present solutions that sell
