JAWOOD is seeking a Business Analyst.
With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities. Acts as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution. Assists customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platforms. Works with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operations. Significant creativity is required.
Requirements
The Wellness, Care Management & Consulting Group Enrollment (WCMC GE) department is responsible for collaborating with the WCM Consultants, Wellness Product Teams, Group Sales Division's, GDO, IT and Membership area's to interpret, relay, configure and publish to the client system's and portals a group's wellness and care management solutions, and to produce clear representations for corporate interpretation and servicing of what benefits thru Wellness and Care Management each benefit package should be loaded with and is responsible to adhere to.
Applicant will be responsible to support the WCMC-GE team by leading in the timely accurate completion and publication of WCMC-GE SharePoint Microsite data repositories, Solution Requirements Forms, Solution Request Forms, WCM component parameter custom configurations, Solution Mapping System solution links &loads;, IT/IMO/GE Audits and benefit package generations along with the creation/publication of Fact Sheets. In addition, they will be responsible to interact with various groups in inquiry and issue triage, routing, research, assignment and where appropriate resolution for the various implemented solutions a specific group has.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Possess and maintain an extensive comprehensive knowledge of health insurance business, products, programs (including provider data, networks, membership systems, etc.), corporate organizational structure (including functional responsibilities), and basic research principles/methodologies.
Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously by following/updating/adhering to project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.
Acts as liaison between WCM and corporate business areas and lead/participate in group or committee discussions
Responsible to create SharePoint Microsites, Solution Requirements Forms (InfoPath), Solution Request Forms (Excel) Fact Sheets (Word) Solution FAQ's (Word) and other materials required to implement/maintain a program or enroll a solution.
Acts as the WCM SME liaison between group and corporate business areas in inquiry response and or issue investigation for the group.
Use information gathered to update various WCM documents, reference materials, agenda's, reports and WCM Group / Project Sites using Word, Excel, Visio, MSP, and SharePoint.
Responsible for transferring customer specific information into the central repository of information on all customers WCM solutions including wellness, compliance, tailored disease management and many other customized component designs.
Use/Create tools developed in WCM for tracking and reporting activity. Maximize currently available tools, methods and data for delivering timely and accurate customer reports
Function independently to identify and report aberrant trends, initiate research and investigation regarding group issues.
Follow-up with appropriate WCM and client corporate groups on issues relating to implementation that customers have identified to ensure problems are resolved and corrective actions are taken. This includes but is not limited to researching, analyzing, understanding, and resolving issues that impact the group.
Analyze issues and develop continuous improvements to ensure the issues are brought to permanent resolution.
Provide expertise and guidance to unit and corporate staff as required.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills required to establish effective working relationship with customers or internal business partners at all levels of the organization.
Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Information Systems, Project Management, or other related field is required.
Four (4) or more years experience in related experience required. Typically in two (2) subject areas e.g. Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Membership, Claims, etc with background in planning, business decisions, analysis, customer interfacing, or business management.
Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas with proven experience in operational and data analysis required.
Considerable organization, follow-up and issue resolution skills.
Excellent knowledge and capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint,
Significant understanding of New Group Implementations and Membership loads
Thorough understanding of membership platforms, structure and enrollments,
Understanding of health care industry, knowledge of clinical and health care
Experience with reviews and identification of deviations from norms of clinical data (biometrics,) data patterns, system gap analysis, and membership structure's to identify and succeed at problem resolution activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to independently track-lead and contribute to process improvement projects.
Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Highly motivated with a history of providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrated ability to function as a positive ambassador of the corporation with attitudinal qualities to service and retain customers. A self starter.
Proficiency with SMART
Experience in/with MTV/MOS, NASCO, AGR, MDSS, GDO, Sales
Extensive knowledge of client business and programs, internal and external environment as well as knowledge of general health care issues relating to wellness & care management.
Solid working knowledge of: Excel (filter/sort/formulas), Word (forms), PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
