IT Services Analyst

Our client is seeking 2 IT Services Analysts. You must have USA/Canadian Citizenship or your Green Card/EAD
Responsibilities
Manage the life cycle of problems resulting from incidents in the production environment
Lead deep dives for high-priority issues to successfully identify causes of problems and ensure resolutions are implemented
Perform regular deep dive status meetings to track progress of error resolution tasks
Provide data/statistical analyses, summarize findings, process metrics and reporting, and provide status reports to leaders and business partners
Make recommendations to senior leadership on areas requiring focus
Assist BCP team with audit and governance metrics relating to problem management
Work with development, support and infrastructure teams to determine effective long-term remediation tasks
Participate in the continuous improvement of the problem management process
Requirements
Strong understanding of the incident management and problem management lifecycles
Experience working with infrastructure and application support groups (level 3 support)
Familiarity with ITIL process (or ITIL Foundations certificate), technical business analysis, application support or IT architecture
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and analytical skills
Strong understanding of how infrastructure technology works
