that will lead, develop, inspire and manage company's field personnel. As part of the
Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for achieving business objectives,
meeting customer commitments, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
This individual must have the leadership skills necessary to lead a strong and talented
team and to drive initiatives.
Qualifications:

years restoration experience
? Strong commercial and residential restoration customer portfolio
? Bachelors degree
? Experience in overseeing planning, quality of restoration projects.
? IICRC certified for WRT, ASD, FSRT and AMRT

? Possesses ability to lead a team and provide strategic direction
? Demonstrates superior internal and external relationships that meet company core
