Salary : Competitive (DOE)
Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trade
contractors and the overall construction site. Supervise and coordinate various
contractors to ensure their contracts are fulfilled on schedule, in accordance with plans
and specifications, while ensuring a quality product for the owner.
Position is the mastery level of a stand-alone superintendent, managing day-to-day
operations and complex issues at the jobsite unaided and mentoring the jobsite to excel.
EDUCATIONAL/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Typically 10 years experience in construction industry with relevant project site
experience and 5 years of direct supervision
REQUIRED TRAINING / CERTIFICATIONS OR EQUIVALENT:
OSHA 30-hour
First Aid/CPR Certification
Storm Water Certification
RECOMMENDED TRAINING / CERTIFICATIONS:
Associates or Bachelor Degree
LEED Accreditation
