Responsibilities
Complete coordination and management of third-party vendor activities related to the collection, processing, review and production of ESI.
Work with third-party vendor resources to resolve data errors, quality issues, data integrity or any other problems encountered during the EDRM process.
Provide consulting to clients regarding recommended processes and best practices, related to the collection, processing, review and production of data.
Serve as primary liaison between clients, outside counsel, IT, eDiscovery department and third-party vendors for assigned matters.
Provide consulting to clients and eDiscovery team regarding recommended processes and best practices while working with established client policies and procedures, including input and recommendations to the litigation holds and archiving processes.
Identify, recommend, and implement additional initiatives in line with the client's needs.
Coordinate and manage vendor technical issues on a day to day basis and drive through to resolution.
Communicate and coordinate process and tools adjustments utilized by vendors to the client and all stakeholders.
Provide status updates for key issues in daily meetings.
Assist in the preparation of audit and reporting metrics for eDiscovery processing.
Coordinate and support the review of third-party vendor reports detailing data errors, quality issues, data integrity or any other problems encountered during the EDRM process.
Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends and capabilities in the eDiscovery area.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or bachelor's degree and significant e-discovery experience)
Desired: Bachelor's degree in technical field Experience
Required: 3
years - Experience managing the collection, processing, review and production of eDiscovery data for litigation in a multi-party environment, including a working knowledge of search terms and production protocol. 2
years - Demonstrated experience providing guidance to clients on emerging technologies, industry trends, and handling of non-standard data sources. 2
years of demonstrated eDiscovery technical operational project management. 1
year of vendor management and oversight experience.

Skills
Required:
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Applications.
Familiarity with industry standard litigation-support formats and metadata for common file types.
Familiarity with the proper handling of metadata, text extraction and indexing of data.
Proficiency with commercial eDiscovery processing software and Relativity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with current trends in eDiscovery and best practices.
Working knowledge of relational databases and client email systems (e.g., Lotus Notes, Outlook)
Knowledge of various commercial software applications for the processing and review of electronic data including the proper handling of metadata, text extraction and indexing of data.
Knowledge of search syntax with an understanding of search indexes.
Technical troubleshooting skills (both break/fix assessment as well as research coordination).
Ability to prepare technical explanation write-ups that will address groups of varying technical proficiency.
Previous experience with solution design and implementation.
Flexible schedule as evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
Previous experience with either managing or assisting in the management of a large eDiscovery processing project.
Familiarity with all relevant data types in common use that could be processed (e.g., Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook).
Familiarity with network and computer systems architecture.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
