Company is seeking an Estimator to work in their Commercial or Retail Construction
Departments to work directly with prospective clients for the creation of a detailed bid
package that meets their needs. Traveling to prospective job sites and client offices as
needed as well as multi-task numerous projects, duties, meet deadlines and always
professionally represent our company.
Responsibilities:
Completely understand the estimating process
Develop and maintain excellent vendor relations
Review plans for consistency and accuracy
Have a comprehensive understanding of all costs involved
for current and future projects
Must focus on cost-reduction
Must be able to estimate costs that are not readily evident
Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced team
environment
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must learn quickly to prepare estimates in the
Construction format

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
5
years construction management experience
Previous experience with: ground up construction, design
build, self- perform, tenant improvement preferred
Previous retail bidding experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
