We train our Meat Trimmers and Butchers to work with knives, saws and operate other cutting/packaging machinery.

30pm, Monday - Friday DUTIES:
Safely operate Band Saw machinery and sharp knives Skillfully and efficiently cut meat into smaller size portions, according to customer specifications Follow company policies and procedures as it relates to GMPs, SSOPS, HACCP, and OSHA which ensure food and workplace safety with the highest quality in all aspects of food production Deal with team members, customers, and public in a professional and courteous manner Perform additional tasks as requested by a supervisor Job Requirements DESIRED QUALITIES:
Experience operating a band saw Deboning and Butchering skills in food production Able to work quickly and efficiently Able to stand 10 hours per day in a cool, 40 temperature-controlled environment Be in good health and pass a physical Pass a controlled substance drug screen Minimum of 18 years of age WHAT WE OFFER:
