Job Responsibilities Ability to respond to requests from managers and employees in a timely manner.
Ability to respond to requests for verifications of employment in a timely manner.
Must have the ability to work individually and be self-driven.
Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
Able to work collaboratively and build productive relationships.
Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and able to shift priorities, multi-task, and handle heavy workflow processing.
Strong tactical execution skills.
Recruit/Post job openings, interview applicants, process new hire paperwork.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System.
Assist with employee onboarding.
Ability to provide administrative assistance to other operations departments as needed.
Partnering with Safety Manager regarding administrative recordkeeping All other job duties as assigned.
