Description oAn understanding of the principles and structure of database organization for human services oTechnical proficiency with the software that is used to maintain the database and create database products such as web portals (in coordination with Communications department as needed) oReview the inclusion/exclusion policy for the resource database oEnter all data in an accurate and consistent manner oOrganize and index information oVerify accuracy of all data records at least once a year oHave oral communication skills needed to interview service providers to clarify details and answer questions oPossess the networking skills to develop good working relationships with service providers to acquire changing information in the community oAnalytical skills and the ability to critically review a wide variety of written material such as newsletters, brochures, and press releases oAbility to create short written abstracts that can quickly convey essential concepts oAbility to research, collect, write, edit, and proof all resource materials oModify information as new details become available throughout the year oAssist Director with generating reports and products according to organizational and community needs oUnderstanding of social media as a tool for acquiring new information and disseminating resource information (in coordination with Communications department) oServe as the I&R link between DAAA and the community oStress and time management skills Requirements Education:
oBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or databases and administration can prepare a person for a job in database administration.
Experience:
oAlliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) certification preferred.
oShould be able to troubleshoot and have knowledge of programming and scripting languages and know how to install software and initiate upgrades when necessary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
