Director, HR Technology

Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to build the HR technology roadmap for a $32B enterprise that is leading the transformation of healthcare in Michigan.
In short, your blend of HR functional knowledge and technology expertise will allow you to develop and execute on the Enterprise HR Technology Roadmap, manage and improve the HRIS application portfolio and leverage the nearly full suite of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and other HR technologies used within the organization.
In partnership with IT, you'll drive the development, implementation and evolution of system processes in the employee lifecycle.
The specifics:
Create a 2-3 year HR Technology Roadmap.
Partner with HR and IT to ensure HR Technology enhances and enables HR strategy and programs.
Define, document and maintain clear roles and responsibilities between HRIS, the HR functions, and IT.
Lead the team focused on all employee lifecycle processes through the lens of employee experience, including employee onboarding, benefits, payroll, and other HR functions, ensuring these programs are well managed, efficient and deliver the needed support to BCBSM and its subsidiary employees.
Harness and improve the current technology footprint for end-to-end HR processes to ensure delivery of an effective employee experience.
Create a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency within a metrics-driven environment.
Develop People Analytics capabilities and services providing meaningful predictive tools and reports to support strategic decision-making and initiatives, utilizing Oracle delivered tools such as Oracle Cloud Help Desk and Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and developing custom reports using Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP / BI Publisher).
Drive change management efforts needed to affect operational uplift including adoption of new systems and functionality, programs and process changes.
This includes ownership of Oracle HR security roles and user access alignment, Oracle Quarterly Updates across all HR modules, as well as the health of Oracle internal and external system integrations.
Partner with HR leaders in refining and leading the governance for system requirements, configuration and data insight needs, including work prioritization, system administration, reports, system enhancement support, issue resolution and testing.
Engage with both internal and external service providers (i.
e.
IT, ADP, Oracle, etc.
) to meet the objectives, strategies and initiatives set by Enterprise Human Resources.
Ensure that employee questions, concerns and issues are resolved via Oracle HR Help Desk according to defined Service Level Agreements.
Stay abreast of HR regulatory requirements/procedures and recommend modifications to existing Enterprise policies and guidelines to ensure HR compliance with regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
Responsible for partnering with and educating executive leadership on effective HR technology solutions that align with Enterprise goals.
Lead innovation and automation efforts in the HR Technology roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field required.
Master's Degree in related field is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma certification (Greenbelt or Blackbelt) is preferred.
Ten years of experience in scaled service delivery, including knowledge of HR technology, digital solutions, and employee experience required.
Five years of leadership experience required.
Must have experience building and scaling teams, developing long-term roadmaps, formulating action plans to operationalize vision, and influencing all levels within an organization, including building consensus with stakeholders and partners implementing Enterprise-wide changes.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and similar methodologies preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem resolution, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work under general direction.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Thorough knowledge of applicable employment laws, as well as payroll practices and HRIS systems.
Experiencing leading payroll and / or HRIS teams a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM with deep knowledge of modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
Awareness of HR best practices as well as legislative and regulatory constraints with experience executing programs to meet these requirements for a highly demanding and dynamic workplace.
Demonstrated technical expertise with multiple software applications and ability to learn new software as needed.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
