QMHP certification (preferred) SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Provide remote community-based services and support to Individuals regarding self-advocacy, education, community awareness, medication management and support.
Provide web-based primary and behavioral health integrated services Respond to the needs, desires, and interests of Individuals utilizing formal and informal assessment practices Provide weekly web-based interventions to individuals.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Michigan Social Worker License in good standing (LLBSW/LBSW LLMSW/LMSW) QMHP Certification (preferred)DTG ADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
