We are looking for Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our Contact Center family here at Zeal Credit Union.
This is an on-site position.

months of experience in a retail, banking, or customer service environment Pasion for helping others-truly enjoys working with, for and around people! Enjoys solving problems & taking initiative to deliver a solution to our member(s) High Attention to Detail High School Diploma or equivalent Essential Functions of the Customer Solutions Specialist:
Process member transactions, routine account maintenance, and member requests.
Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by recognizing member needs and matching service products.
Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures The Schedule:
Current Schedule Options for this position Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:
45am-5:
30pm and Monday-Friday 10:
00am-3:
00pm.
