Staffing Account Manager
o Ideal candidate must be from the Recruitment, Staffing, or Engineering services industry, with a minimum of 7
years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client services in engineering services or Staffing.
o Will be responsible for handling our existing accounts in Michigan area.
o Desire to have someone with abilities to bring new accounts or generate new business.
o Must have Client facing capabilities and directly interact with clients to gather new requirements, and follow up on Submittals, interviews, and placements.
o Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.
o Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clientso Good Experience in managing MSP / VMS and direct accounts.
o Occasional travel to client locations would be required.
