Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment - Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth to prepare for construction - Operate hand and power tools as directed - Assist with the installation of construction materials such as concrete, steel, wood, or brick - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Skills:
