We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our teamYou will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of qualityThis position will require occasional travel between the company headquarters in Detroit, MI to the project worksite in Tifton, GA.Experience with RMS and working on Federal projects required
Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and evaluating projects.2Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.3Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.4Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.5Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.6Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards, and compliance with all construction regulations.7Coordinating with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) on projects as required.8Preparing and presenting project progress reports to various stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following
Qualifications:
