This role supports the territory's Area Manager in several aspects of operations that will vary per area.
Duties may include staffing support, equipment and inventory management, staff allocation and payroll, staff training, program and roster management and various other administrative and field tasks.
All candidates must complete both employee onboarding and a criminal background investigation.

Assist in leading a territory's operations and managing coaching staff Lead with superior communication skills and a high level of organization Help train Program Coach and Program Director staff Manage and assist with organizing equipment and supply inventory Conduct frequent program check-in's to ensure a high level of quality at all programs Support the staff scheduling process and assist coaches with preparing for new programs Assist with program roster collection and management that are critical to accurate invoicing Commit to the full duration of your assigned seasons and maintain sufficient availability (needs will vary by area and will be communicated during interview):
Summer Camp Season - Typically 8-10 weeks in length featuring camp formats that take place Monday through Friday 9am-12pm, 1-4pm or 9am-3pm Winter/Spring/Fall Seasons - Typically 6-10 weeks in length, these year-round seasons feature classes that take place during afternoons, evenings and weekends once per week over multiple weeks Become acquainted with our in-house program and customer management system Be open and adaptable to new administrative and field tasks that may arise Qualifications Desire to develop as a leader, trainer and manager A high-energy, enthusiastic demeanor who can lead by example Multi-sport background preferred Flexible, adaptable and highly trustworthy Experience working with kids Experience coaching youth sports Some management or operations experience strongly preferred A passion for impacting communities through teaching life skills through sports Company Overview With over 40 years of offering skill-based sports opportunities for children, Skyhawks is best known for beginner to intermediate instruction that helps build confidence in young players preparing them for their next step in sports.
