Responsibilities:
Provide in depth information on new and pre-owned vehicles through online, phone, and in-person interactionsConduct engaging and informative walk-arounds with customers, demonstrating vehicle features and benefitsFollow up on all sales leads and online inquiries within dealerships designated time standardMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and offerings to better assist customers with their purchase decisionsComplete sales checklistDemonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyJOB REQUIRMENTS:
