Director, CRM platform and delivery will establish the CRM center of excellence and manage the delivery and support of business enablement initiatives.Key
Responsibilities:
Help build a team to influence, enable, and scale our delivery roles and teams across partners to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery Define and deliver solutions to leapfrog and transform Nextiva's business using industry best practices Engage with business leaders on transformational engagements, manage project risks, deliverables, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions Perform oversight of business engagement projects Work with global teams to ensure successful adoption of delivery methodology Build collaborative relationships across business and IT teams to deliver best in class support to ensure business continuity and seamless operation Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for a team of direct reports and handle the performance reviews Provide expert guidance and manage system integrator engagements including review of SOW and vetting project proposals Support implementation, enhancement and support of CRM eco systems including SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, High Velocity Sales, Oracle CPQ and channel tools
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Masters degree in Business 15
years of experience in delivery leadership in software development as a Program Lead, delivery Lead, and similar roles leading complex projects 7
years of delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform; demonstrated ability to on using appropriate delivery methodologies based on the scale of the project Experience in all phases of product development, software development, and testing lifecycles Experience in management of established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Experience with recruiting and building out teams; experienced management with a history of mentoring Familiarity with governance and status tracking tools and processes to support oversight and quality assurance Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including executive leadership Expertise in agile software delivery methodologies:
Scrum, Kanban Passion for building Salesforce and other software solutions with state-of-the-art technology Embrace challenging situations and enjoy solving complex problems Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC Excellent mentoring and leadership skills Expertise on salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), lightning, integrations and data migration. Ability to work creatively to solve problems Experience with business analysis and technology implementation Good knowledge of demand-gen, quote to cash, lead management, forecasting and channel business processes
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

Software Development, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
