Description Remote:
This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. The HROS Assistant Program Manager is responsible for collaborating and working cross-functionally with various stakeholders to lead development of a holistic integrated plan across workstreams, including set-up of governance structure, identification of key milestones, tracking and status reporting. Responsibilities:
Owner of the overall integrated program plan(s) Ability to understand business needs and ensure integration points across other areas are accounted for Partner with IT, project owner and other associated functional stakeholders on the development of a comprehensive project plan with timing, key milestones and deliverables Provide program management and oversite for portfolio projects and/or larger Change Requests (CR's) by tracking and managing to key deliverable activities and milestones within the integrated timeline. Responsible to facilitate planning sessions prior to the project start to ensure comprehensive inclusion of both business (across CoE's) and IT activities/tasks are comprehended. Deliver on-time projects that align to the HR Portfolio and/or special projects Develops the holistic project view for communication purposes to various stakeholders Gain an understanding of program workstreams/projects to be able to assist in identification of issues and risks RAID Monitoring (Risks, Actions, Issues & Decisions) log, as well as drive to results on issues/risks where there is no clear business owner, but many stakeholders Coordinates and facilitates the Program Execution Team Meetings as well as supporting individual workstreams to develop solution to business processes Develop leadership materials Owner of HROS SharePoint Support other team members and processes as needed Additional Description Minimum Required Skills and

Bachelors Degree or equivalent (Required) Minimum 5

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The median level of salary compensation for this role is $102,108 Bonus Potential:
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.

$100K -- $150K
