We obsess over providing world-class support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform on a worldwide scale.
Selling Partner Support strives to predict our Seller's needs before they recognize they may have a problem, and create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our partners to better serve their customers.
The Selling Partner Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd Party business partners, so to our Sellers we ARE Amazon.
We are looking for a highly-determined, highly-curious, experienced UX Designer to work collaboratively with a team of product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to improve the support experience for 3rd party Sellers by directly improving Seller-facing experiences as well as the tools used by internal customers to provide support.
You'll drive UX design from early-stage concepts all the way through final delivery and launch.
Candidates must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-degree of independence and ownership.
You will join a team of passionate and customer obsessed UX designers.
We come together each week to share knowledge and provide feedback on each other's work.
Our design work is rooted in evidence, and you will conduct research activities to learn about our customers and evaluate your designs.
Collaboration and facilitation skills are key capabilities for this role.
You'll be responsible for managing your work queue, crafting, pitching, and validating your design strategies by soliciting and synthesizing user, product, and engineering feedback.
Key job responsibilities Use business requirements to design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, workflow and information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes.
Be an advocate of customers throughout design and development of products.
Proactively manage your own work queue, time and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate needs and trade-offs.
Manage ambiguity, work independently and collaboratively within the UX team and with product and tech partners.
Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and leadership for review and feedback.
Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated UX research activities to understand current pain points and evaluate solutions.
About the teamWe are a team of designers and a researcher with a mix of virtual members and members that are based out of offices in 2 different cities (Detroit and Seattle).
We partner regularly with Product and Engineering teams throughout our organization, working out tools that Selling Partners see and the tools used by our internal customer to support Selling Partners.
As a team, we collaborate regularly - providing feedback, brainstorming how to solve tricky problems, and answering questions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
