Brand Marketing Strategy Manager to define and manage strategic brand direction rooted in consumer research and insights.
You will work closely with numerous internal and external teams in order to conduct market research and deliver actionable outcomes that will inform annual and quarterly marketing campaigns and strategies.
The individual in this role has a proven track record diving deep into the overall consumer journey and identifying areas of opportunity across lifecycle marketing, while also keeping a pulse on market and industry trends.
As the Sr.
Brand Marketing Strategy Manager, this individual will define the measurable KPIs to report on Brand Health, data to measure campaign impact, and identify actionable insights.
You will help determine approaches to elevate brand perception, foster innovation, and keep Amazon Home at the forefront of our competitor set.
This critical team member will demonstrate strong ownership and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership.
They are an excellent problem solver, identifying priorities, managing multiple work streams, anticipating and managing potential blockers to achieve goals and complete milestones.
They thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
This individual will be a subject matter expert in working on large 360-degree marketing campaigns with a knack for uncovering consumer insights that inform strategy development.
Key job responsibilitieso Work in partnership with HMT (Home Marketing Team) and HCT (Home Creative Team) Leadership to develop brand architecture, positioning, and strategy.
o Lead market research and insights, partnering with internal customer insights team (Design and Research), to determine annual, seasonal, and quarterly brand messaging and priorities.
o Synthesize findings and translate into actionable marketing strategies, working closely with onsite, offsite, and events marketing leads to develop a full-funnel lifecycle marketing approach.
o Work with the creative team to align on seasonal and quarterly priorities rooted in consumer research and insights.
o Own marketing calendar creation and management, as well as communication and partnership with Vendor Management, Product Management, Merchandising, and other internal teams.
o Develop and manage consumer moments and mindset matrix in order to determine cultural priorities that align to our core consumer's life stages.
o Stay up-to-date on consumer research and market trends to understand Amazon Home's brand positioning, focusing on brand perception, product selection, value proposition, price points, delivery speed, etc.
o Monitor and report on brand health metrics, determining which KPIs to keep a pulse on.
o Conduct competitor analyses and brand lift studies in order to identifying growth opportunities in the space, creating competitive reviews and situational analyses.
o Manage quarterly hindsight with Home Marketing Team leads in order to inform short-term and long-term marketing strategies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
