In the Global Fleet and Products (GFP) team, we own the driver experience and products used for delivering all Amazon packages, Prime Now deliveries, and more.
As a Manufacturing Program Manager, you will be responsible to ensure on-time launch and delivery of our vehicle fleet, through manufacturing analysis and capacity planning.
To do this, you must be able to manage across different business models while having a firm grasp over the operational and technical aspects of the vehicle program.
You must be able to dive deep into the details of each new program and project to drive results, create efficiency, ensure proper communications, and maintain proper supplier relationships.
This role is inherently cross-functional.
This leader will work closely with manufacturing engineering, project management, design, manufacturing operations, quality, customer service, and executive teams to bring products to market, ensure quality, and enhance our products and features.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
The candidate will also be willing to travel to manufacturing locations (domestic and international) and be on-sight for major activities.
Key job responsibilitieso Work in a manufacturing environment, supporting the execution, introduction, and steady-state manufacturing of last-mile delivery products.
o Analyze vehicle manufacturing process capability, and system design.
o Manufacturing throughput capacity modeling, from launch through steady state.
o Program milestone tracking against manufacturing readiness (process, equipment, systems, etc).
o Evaluate new potential vehicle manufacturing partner capabilities, globallyo Creating and maintaining an optimized roadmap that supports launch readiness.
o Vehicle launch support.
Be present at manufacturing site for all build activities, start of production, launch & acceleration, through steady-state capability.
o Work with Quality team to drive first-time quality targets.
o Translating customer experiences into clearly defined process & quality requirements.
o Anticipating and resolving strategic issues that impair the team's ability to deliver.
o Create, write and review user stories and business requirements; perform supporting research and analysiso Represent Voice of the Customer and resolve product issues related to vehicle manufacturing.
o Drive a Safety-First culture.
o Retrieve and analyze data; establish metrics to measure Manufacturing performance and program success.
o Manages all Manufacturing issues.
Track, analyze, and resolve, using root cause and corrective actions.
o Evaluating the business opportunity and application of new and emerging technologies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
