The Analyst/Bookkeeper will play a key role in performing a variety of financial and accounting duties including transaction recording, monthly and quartering close process, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for URGE Imprint internal records and client projects.

This professional will be responsible for performing a variety of bookkeeping tasks in an office environment, including data entry, report generation, bank reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, punctual, ethical and friendly.
They will work with the rest of the team to maintain accurate financial records and assist with tasks such as month-end close and tax filing.
Responsibilities:

Journal entries 2.
Recording pledges (A/R & A/P) 3.
Bank reconciliations 4.
Process and pay all invoices in a timely manner 5.
Record all organizational revenue and expense transactions 6.
Support the audit process 7.
Support the development and analysis of annual organization budget 8.
Support preparation of management reporting including profit/loss, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis 9.
Prepare client analysis including revenue and profitability, concentration, etc.

Excellent collaboration skills 11.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and perform variance analysis (budget vs.
actual reports, current year vs.
prior year), and fund-specific financial reports 12.
