Job
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the delivery of various aircraft service functions for airline customers while the aircraft is at the gate, including de-icing, lavatory dumping, and refuelingDetermine proper aircraft load factors in conjunction with the airline operations departmentVerify and sign off on any aircraft services performed in order to bill the airline for services renderedPerforms various administrative duties on a routine basis; such as GSE fluid inspections, washing equipment and removing debris/trash from the ramp areaServes as liaison with airline customers, their pilots, and ATS operations departmentDirect and assist ramp agents with ground handling duties as needed
Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong math and computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication skillsBe at least 18 years of age and possess a High school diploma, GED or work experience equivalentPossess a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordBe able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes a 10-year extensive employment, criminal record and residence background checkPhysical Requirements:
Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basisCarry heavy items up and down jetway stairsClimb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periodsWork outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noisesAirlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
