Your Role As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will have the opportunity to build the foundation of your architectural and design career by joining a team that turns ordinary spaces into works of art.

What You Will Do Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture 5-10 years of related project experience Licensure is a plus but is not require Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as Revit, Rhino, Octane, 3dViz, 3d Studio MAX, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or SketchUp Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements LEED accreditation a plus Life at Gensler At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
