PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Gutter Maintenance Technician duties include completing daily operations, and ensuring that work is done safely, on time, to the right quality standards, and within budget.
As a Gutter Maintenance Technician, you could be responsible for supporting a whole site or larger co-site schemes.
All Gutter Maintenance Technicians report directly to the Site Manager or a more senior manager.

Executing the on-site plan(s) Collecting appropriate/specific job materials and equipment Communicating with scheduled clients Accounting for all materials, equipment, and/or installations ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Meet maintenance policies, procedures and protocols.
Operate and maintain seamless gutter machine Evaluate the maintenance needs of the project and execute a plan to address them.
Provide technical definition and oversight of minor works.
Review installations and equipment to minimize incidents and identify opportunities for recommended improvement.
Clear, repair and install water capture and/or diversion gutter systems (5''- 6')' Communicate directly with the DSC Team-Leader to coordinate maintenance and repair projects.
QUALIFICATIONS Valid Driver's License Skilled in general repairs, carpentry, painting, provide general/preventive residential services A minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent Proven experience in successfully managing time, working in teams, and adhering to project schemes Sales and customer service experience COMPETENCIES Analytical skills to understand and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and measurements.
Ability to plan and act proactively.
High organizational skills and ability to prioritize the work.
Logical decision making and professional judgment.
Ability to perform troubleshooting.
Good communication skills in English (bilingual is a welcomed skill) Competency with business-related software and systems.
REPORTING LINES The Gutter Maintenance Technician reports directly to the DSC Team-Leader, and Site Manager and is evaluated annually by him/her, in conjunction with the Chief Operations Officer.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS Full-TIme & Part-Time, minimum wage or up to $15 hourly wage.
The Gutter Maintenance Technician is a part/full-time job of a minimum of 32 hours per week.
The schedule will be arranged in agreement with the HR department.
