Overview:
Constellation is looking for a Compliance Coordinator for a remote position.
The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and monitoring of monthly documentation.
They will also be responsible for miscellaneous tasks that assists the day-to- day needs of the Quality Control team.
Essential Functions:
Data collection and validation Assembling documentation for marketing assets compliant with brand guidelines Submitting and monitoring the approval statuses of brand materials Documenting disputes and denials for further action Digitizing and filing documents in an organized fashion Generating internal reports
Qualifications:
Experience with data entry platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
) Detail-oriented Bachelor's degree preferred Experience/Knowledge of the automotive industry preferred Salary:
The salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 #LI-Remote Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
