Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, 401(k) A Day In The Life of a Reliability Supervisor The position you are applying for manages the provision of data in accordance with Company Manuals, FAA Regulations, and Advisory Circulars for Maintenance Reliability Report (MRR), Reliability Control Board (RCB), and Continuous Analysis and Surveillance (CASS).
Develop and maintain data collection, acquisition, analysis, and reporting systems.
You will use standards of performance to evaluate and control aircraft service performance.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for events when a variation to a performance standard has triggered an alert.
Research and identify aircraft system trends to recommend actions to improve aircraft reliability.

Perform other tasks as assigned by Aircraft Maintenance Programs Manager.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma and Aviation background required.
Airframe and Powerplant license OR Five (5) years experience in an Aviation Technical or Reliability/Analytical-type function.
Proven ability to read and comprehend ATA codes, aircraft technical manuals, and company manuals.
Proven analytical skills and ability to produce comprehensive analysis using charts, graphs, etc.

Strong attention to detail:
Capture/document specific and accurate information; learn subjects thoroughly; maintain organized files (electronic and hard copy).
Proficient in computer and software skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational skills, able to communicate with customers and co-workers.
Manage self and effectively delegate department workload.
Self-motivated; able to meet or exceed established deadlines.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Preferred Job Skills Associate's degree in Aviation field.
Physical Requirements Employees must regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
Stand, bend and reach to maintain files and sit for extended periods.
