Perform as the primary customer service representative for the Employee Health Services division, including answering phones, returning calls, responding to inquiries, and providing friendly customer service Prepare, send and receive correspondence on behalf of the division (including email, U.
S.
mail and fax, and by using mail merge) Advise stakeholders on processes and procedures.
Maintain division files and databases, including confidential documents, and respond to requests for division files and information.
Perform data entry processes, including in databases and trackers.
Perform clerical duties in support of the leave management, disability accommodation, and benefits administration functions.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Employee Health Services leadership.
High School Diploma or G.

D Certificate Excellent customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with a varied audience, including internal and external stakeholders and the community Excellent typing skills Excellent organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Experience with Oracle's PeopleSoft applications preferred Must be able to pass background check Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
