S & R Event Rental S & R Event Rental Detroit, MI Detroit, MI Full-time Full-time $16 - $18 an hour $16 - $18 an hour Classification - Nonexempt Paygrade - Hourly Reports to - Warehouse Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION Summary The Tent Installer will be responsible for assisting the crew leader and team members directly.
Duties will include but not be limited to lifting and moving heavy objects, using tools, following directions, working cohesively with the rest of the team to install and ensure quality installation and customer service while on job sites, warehousing duties, including managing inventory and assisting with general organization and other duties determined on an as-needed basis.
Applicants with a valid driver's license are required and Chauffeurs license are preferred.

Work Environment This job operates primarily outdoors.
This role requires that you work in all elements of weather; rain, snow, extreme heat, and extreme cold.
This role routinely uses standard tools, such as multitools, hammer, stake driver.
Physical Demands This is largely a physical role.
This would require the ability to lift more than 50lbs, hold and maneuver heavy objects and do this work in all types of weather.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a seasonal position.
It may require working 12-14 hour days, multiple days in a row.
Attendance is mandatory.
If you do not call your manager or do not show up to work (no call/no show) you will be terminated.
Travel This position requires work at various locations.
Transportation to the warehouse to begin your day is required.
Transportation to the job site and from site locations is provided by S&R Event Rental.
Education and Experience 1.
Required Some high school.
