Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, processes, goals, and challenges Develop and execute customer success plans that align with customer goals and drive product adoption and usage Proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption and usage of our software by our customers Provide training and support to customers, ensuring that they have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and input to help improve our products and services Develop and deliver customer success metrics and reports to internal stakeholders Customer Success Manager
Qualifications:
Must be customer focused, treat the customers like they are your own TRAVEL 25%-50% give or take, (can be internationally, Australia/Canada, this must be okay with you, before you apply) (You will be implementing and training) Experience with fleet management, construction, rigging, equipment dealership/rental You understand or have worked with accounting/payroll systems SAGE Microsoft or accounting software, other ERP systems NEXTGEN experience is a HUGE plus Salesforce experience You are technical (Able to operate various types of technological equipment and software applications.
Advanced user of MSOffice, especially Word and Excel.
Microsoft PowerBI & SQL server experience a plus) Bachelors in business, accounting, Information systems or related Experience in software Industry is helpful (SAAS) Work overtime and holidays as requested CB:
