Detroit Mercy is an NCAA Division I institution, and sponsors 17 varsity sports that compete primarily in the Horizon League with associate memberships in the ASUN Conference (men's lacrosse), the Mid American Conference (women's lacrosse) and the Central Collegiate Fencing Conference (fencing).
We are seeking team players to join our staff that has a passion for collegiate athletics and enjoys working in athletic operations.

A creative self-starter with a minimum of a bachelor's degree Spent some time working in an athletic facilities/game operations environment as an undergraduate or graduate student.
Strong customer service skills Have strong writing and oral communication skills and attention to detail Don't mind long days and weekends that may include travel Baseball or softball grounds crew experience is a plus Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
assisting in the daily operations and management of all athletic facilities, assisting in the preparation and breakdown for all home games and special events, oversight of student staff and ushers, and management of department fleet vehicles.
