We are looking for an Operations Representative to join our team and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our staff, managing resources, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
Operations Representative Tasks &
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to:
load building, dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner Assist with cost negotiation on shipments Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams Continue to follow standard operating procedures Qualifications &
Experience:
High School Diploma >1 year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry Problem solving skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills Customer Service experience Possess professional phone and email mannerisms Outgoing personality, high energy, flexible Great attitude and desire to work hard Team player mentality What We Offer:
