A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Quality/Production Management in a manufacturing environment Ability to lead the plant in IATF/TS audit Ability to differentiate colors Ability to speak, read & write in English Ability to follow work rules and enforce them Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given Knowledge of Inspection and Quality Control methods, techniques, and equipment Knowledge of use of a wide variety of measuring instruments and complicated drawings Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Process Writing, Gauges, Calibration Computer skills:
Microsoft Works, Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Drop task Must be able to work under pressure, communicate properly, receive direction and follow-through, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude Quality Manager Job Duties:
Responsible for directing and managing a group of employees involved in manufacturing procedures with regard to purchased material, in-process material and finished products to assure that standards are achieved for customer requirements.
Plan, assign, and training work of subordinates.
Develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet quality control standards, make suggestions with regard to procedures, standards and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality.
Analyze facts or circumstances surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practices.
Responsible for compilation and maintenance of work instructions, inspection reports and records.
Investigate and determine cause of faulty work and consult and advise production supervisors as to corrective measures.
Maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates in a fast-past environment.
PPE must be worn Maintain and ensure professional and effective communication with all on and off site customers with regards to all quality issues are being met.
Employee must adhere to all 5S and safety rules Required participation in daily/weekly team updates Employee must adhere to all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Comply with OSHA requirements Physical Requirements:
