This role is NOT open to C2C candidates This position is responsible for analyzing, mapping, documenting, publishing, and maintaining policies and procedures, manuals, and reference materials.
They will interact with Subject Matter Experts in all divisions to identify procedural inconsistencies and inefficiencies, both intra- and interdepartmentally.
Position
Responsibilities:
Gather, assess, and confirm interpretation of new and/or changing policies and procedures Develop and maintain online policies and procedure manuals using specialized software and internally developed processes Maintain open communication with departmental points of contact to monitor the effectiveness of existing policy and procedure documentation, and to ensure that the team is kept abreast of procedural changes Provide Instructional Designers/Trainers with updates to ensure instructional material is being developed from the most current policies and procedures Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedure reference materials in an online environment Identify inefficiencies by monitoring changes in procedures, coordinating cross-functional audits to provide support for the streamlining of business practices as they relate to policies and procedures Create policies and procedures consistent with, and resulting from, regulatory, compliance, and legal changes Work with business unit contacts to ensure updates are made and approved within compliant timeframes Position Requirements:
Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and due diligence skills Basic IT/technical/computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs Bachelor's Degree highly preferred #ALINE11 Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Business Ethics Coordinating Critical Thinking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
