Provider Systems ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Business Analyst III to join our fast-paced, growing team.
Our department focuses on delivering quality technical solutions to enhance and maintain provider capabilities.
We work as partners with our internal/external stakeholders on their strategic business initiatives.
The Business Analyst III position will solicit, identify, capture, and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system and functional specifications.
Individuals must be self-starters and self-motivators who can handle big projects with minimal supervision.
They must also be eager to grasp the system, business processes, and understand business ask and see the big picture.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience Five (5) years of experience as IT Analyst, focusing on business, systems, and data analysis streams Five (5) years of experience collecting, refining, documenting and communicating effective business requirements Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology, with emphasis in story card writing and defining acceptance criteria Required Experience/Skills.
Demonstrated experience with project management best in class practices, executing large complex SDLC projects Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures to enhance operational performance Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to coordinate multiple activities with varying timelines Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, succinct terms (written and verbal) for business and process decisions Advanced PC skills, including experience using Microsoft products (i.
e.
