Workday HRIS Analyst

As HRIS Analyst, you are a true business partner and Workday subject matter expert.
You are a key member of a vital team dedicated to optimizing our HR systems to their fullest potential, which includes system administration and maintenance, process design, user adoption and end user training.
You are the first point of reference for our global HR team and immersed our talent management function.
You Will Serve as a Workday System Administrator, in support of the management and maintenance of Workday and other HR Systems (UKG, SAP, etc.
).
Complete system configuration and other system maintenance, such as security groups and organizational structures.
To maintain system integrity, youll update and manage system documentation and conduct system audits.
Research, test and implement new features, improvements and updates.
In addition, youll participate in evaluating new HR technologies and in the implementation process.
Maintain dashboards and reports, develop custom reports & support data manipulation and analysis Engage as a consultative business partner and project manager, understanding business and functional stakeholder needs, then translating into optimal system configuration and workflows.
Boost user adoption and capability by troubleshooting issues, helping HR representatives navigate the system, providing training, developing reference and training materials, and maintaining just-in-time guidance to end users Answer questions and troubleshoot for HR representatives.
You Have Bachelors Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources or a Business discipline A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Workday System Administrator.
Experience with implementations and new releases is a plus.
Working knowledge of Workday configuration, including business process design and configuration, condition rules, calc.
fields, managing organizations, security groups and roles, templates, questionnaires, apps.
Familiarity with other HRIS systems, including payroll & ERP platforms.
UKG and SAP are preferred.
Experience as a Report Writer, with the ability to design and create custom reports.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and research skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with vendors and individuals at all levels of the organization.
