Responsibilities:
Gather, assess, and interpret new and changing policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain the online policies and procedures manual.
Maintain open communication with departmental points of contact and provide updates on procedural changes.
Provide updates to instructional designers and trainers to ensure instructional material is up to date.
Identify inefficiencies and coordinate cross-functional audits to streamline business practices.
